My deepest sympathies to the family
I miss my dear friend Ollie. My condolences to Edith and family. Awesome woodworker and friend. Au revoir mon ami !
My grandfather was a hardworking guy who would always have time for a quick game of solitaire. I remember when I was little he would be outside watching me and my sisters draw chalk drawings on the driveway, working in the shed on some sort of woodwork project, or inside playing cards. When ever he had his stubble of a beard he would rub his cheek next to mine and ask me if he shaved enough. He was a happy man and loved my grandma very much! Before he and my grandmother moved to New Brunswick I heard he had to leave his wood working station behind. I asked him if he would make me something before they left. He ended up making me and my sister (Aimée) a wooden chest that I keep all my Stuffed animals in at the moment. It’s beautiful craftsmanship and I will probably end up passing it down to my family when I get the chance too. I would not be here today if it weren’t for him and my grandma finding each other. grandpa you will be dearly missed! R.I.P
