Food Depot Alimentaire
On behalf of the staff, clients, board members and volunteers of the Food Depot Alimentaire/Peter McKee Community Center, we are deeply sorry to hear of the passing of Monique. Our thoughts are with her loving family and friends.

Johanne Perron

Annette Kinder
I was also one of the collective. Monique always made me laugh. I spent less than a dozen times with her, but felt like I'd known her all my life. To her family and friends, my sincere condolences. There is no greater compliment to one's life than to see how many people love and respect you when you come to the end of your life. I will miss you and think of you often.

Tracy Quann-Strasser

Monique was such a vibrant, compassionate and loving person who inspired so many others. I met her when she came to Fredericton to work at the Department of Health. She and my husband and I became such great friends. She would come to my house for supper once a week to have a meal and to cuddle on the couch to watch the Simpson' She would come into the house and say..."Honey, I'm home". We had such good times together - her humour and quick wit was unmatched. She would often play music trivia with our friend Brian to see if they could stump each other. I think they both won! When she went back home to Moncton, I missed her terribly but stayed in touch over the years. She fought a good fight with that horrible disease called cancer. As my aunt Joyce would say, she lived a full life in half the time. Fly with the Angels my dear friend and watch over Alicia, Valerie, Jeremy, Mark, your Dad and the rest of your family and friends. You may be gone but never, ever forgotten
