Bouctouche, NB – It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Florie Richard, 86, of Bouctouche.
Born in Richiboucto-Village on October 17, 1939, he was married to Doris Richard (née Mills) and was the son of the late Théodore Richard and the late Osithe Richard (née Babineau).
Florie was a proud Veteran of the Canadian Army.
Besides his wife, Doris, Florie leaves behind his sister, Germaine Gauvin (late Pete) of Moncton; and his brothers, Eugère Richard of Shediac, Maurice (Gisèle) of Moncton, Roger Richard (Rosa) and Paul (Bernice), both of Richiboucto-Village.
Beside his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Gisele and brother, Hector.
Visitation will be held at Passage-Maillet on September 3, 2026, from 2pm to 3h45pm and funeral mass will be at 4pm at Saint-Jean Baptiste Romain Catholic Church Bouctouche.
In memory of Florie, donations may be made to donor’s choice.
