Abbey LeBlanc, 71, of Moncton, passed away on Thursday, December 20th, 2007 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton, NB.
Born in Village du Bois “Lourdes”, NB, he was the son of the late Edgar and the late Eva (née: Dupuis) LeBlanc.
Mr LeBlanc had retired from Hub Meat Packers, was a member of the Club d’Age d’Or Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix and a parishioner of Saint-Louis-de-France Roman Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife, Joanne (née: LeBlanc); two daughters: Lina of Moncton and Denise of Riverview; two sons: Romeo of Moncton and Bob of Winnipeg; three sisters: Bernadette LeBlanc of Memramcook, Bella LeBlanc of Dieppe and Emelie (Zoel) Bourgeois of Moncton; one brother, Johnny (Doris) LeBlanc of Memramcook; three grandchildren: Abbygail, Emily and Luc as well as by several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by three brothers: Raymond, Valerie and Jude.
Visitation will be held from Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB 857-1901, on Sunday, December 23rd, 2007 from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm.
Funeral mass will be celebrated from Saint-Louis-de-France Roman Catholic Church,(Lewisville) on Monday, December 24th, 2007 at 10: 30 am.
Interment in Chartersville Funeral Home Columbarium, Dieppe, NB.
