Bouctouche, NB – Albénie Cormier, 95, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 28th, 2021 at the Miramichi Regional Hospital in Miramichi.
Born in St-Grégoire, he was the son of the late Philias Cormier and the late Emma Girouard.
Albénie will be sadly missed by his wife, Blandine Cormier (nee Allain); his son, Jean-Pierre Cormier of Kimmirut, NU; his brother, Joseph Cormier (Florence) of St-Grégoire and his sister: Andréa Maillet (Alonzo) of Dieppe; also by several nieces, nephews, in laws and friends.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers: Dismas (Herminie), Georges, Abbey, Gérald; his sisters: Maria (Lionel), Corinne, Liza (Stanislas), Rose (Dan) and Lilianne.
Visitation will be held at Passage Funeral Chapel in Shediac Bridge, on Monday, August 2nd, 2021 from 1pm until time of funeral service at chapel at 3pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
