Born in Cheticamp, NS, he was the son of the late Simon and the late Alexina LeBlanc.
Prior to retirement, Albert worked at the Glass Factory in Scoudouc and previously was a member of the Canadian Armed Forces. He enjoyed playing bass guitar in different bands over the years and also going for his daily drive at Pointe-du-Chêne.
He will be sadly missed by his wife, Irma (née: Cormier); his children: Albert Jr. and Donna; his grandson, Jesse, as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.
He was predeceased by several brothers and sisters.
