Aldei "P’Tite Femme" Allain, 70, of Moncton, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, October 19th, 2016.
Born in Saint-Edouard-de-Kent, NB, he was the son of the late Auguste and the late Marie (née: Savoie) Allain.
Prior to retirement, Al worked for Canadian Liquid Air, Delco and Boyd Carson Construction. He was a very devoted, hard worker and excelled at every job taking great pride in his finish work as a carpenter. When Al was around, you could count on a laugh.
He will be missed by his loving family: his wife, of 47 years, Roberta (née: Cormier); his son, Jamie (Amanda) of Dieppe; two amazing grandchildren, Anica and Adam who will miss him so much, especially his presence at their sporting events; his brother, Bernard (Corinne) of Moncton; his sister, Bernice (Placide) Boucher of Shediac Bridge; his mother-in-law, Irma Cormier of Moncton; his sisters-in-law: Lea (André) Doiron and Denise (Michel) Levasseur, both of Moncton; Louise (Terry) Surette of Dieppe and Charline Cormier (Bobby Maillet) of Grande Digue; as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his baby sister, Bernice; his step-mother, Alina Gauthier; his father-in-law, Nap in 2016 and his sister-in-law, Ann.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, (857-1901) on Sunday from 6 to 9 pm ONLY.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Sainte-Thérèse Roman Catholic Church, on Monday, October 24th, 2016 at 11 am.
Interment in Notre-Dame-du-Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe.
Donations to the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation or to a memorial of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.

Avant sa retraite, Al avait travaillé pour Canadian Liquid Air, Delco et Boyd Carson Construction. Al était dévoué et grand travaillant.
Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse bien-aimé de 47 ans, Roberta (née Cormier); fière père à Jamie (Amanda) de Dieppe; fière grand-père à deux petits-enfants bien-aimé et assistait à toute leur fonction sportive à Anica et Adam, qui le manquerons énormément. Il laisse aussi dans le deuil son frère, Bernard (Corinne) de Moncton; sa soeur, Bernice (Placide) Boucher de Shediac Bridge; sa belle-mère, Irma Cormier de Moncton; ses belle-soeurs: Lea (André) Doiron et Denise (Michel) Levasseur, toutes deux de Moncton; Louise (Terry) Surette de Dieppe et Charline Cormier (Bobby Maillet) de Grande Digue; ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces.
Sa soeur, bébé Bernice; sa belle-mère, Alina Gauthier; son beau-père, Nap en 2016 et sa belle-soeur, Ann l’ont précédé dans la tombe.
Les visites auront lieu à la Maison funéraire Chartersville, 363 rue Amirault, Dieppe, (857-1901), le dimanche de 18h à 21h SEULEMENT.
La messe des funérailles aura lieu en l’Église Sainte-Thérèse, Dieppe, le lundi 24 octobre 2016, à 11h.
L’inhumation se fera au cimetière Notre-Dame-du-Calvaire à Dieppe.
Un don à la Fondation des Maladies du Cœur du Nouveau-Brunswick ou à une œuvre de bienfaisance de votre choix serait apprécié par la famille.
