Aldorie Arsenault, 79 of Manoir Saint-Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche and formerly of Bouctouche passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Sunday January 5th, 2014 at the Manoir. He was married to the late Rita (LeBlanc) Arsenault (1999). Born in Sainte-Anne de Kent, he was the son of the late Jean David and the late Anna (LeBlanc) Arsenault.
He will be sadly missed by his ten children; Jeannette LeBlanc (Aubrey), Murielle Cormier, Bernice LeBlanc (Edouard), Rachelle Arsenault (Michel Bourque), Yvon Nowlan (Ginette), Normand (Monique), Jean, Ronald, Aldoria (Nancy) and Marcel all of Bouctouche, his eighteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. He also leaves to mourn four sisters; Marie LeBlanc (Elmo), Claira Hébert, Agnes Hébert and Emerise Comeau (Arthur) all of Bouctouche, and several nephews and nieces.
He was predeceased by one daughter Rosanna and one sister Julienne.
Visitations will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église, Bouctouche on Thursday January 9th, 2014 from 2 to 3:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche on Thursday January 9th, 2014 at 4:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery in the spring.
In Aldorie’s memory donations may be made to the Manoir Saint-Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche.
