Alfred Brun, 97, of Villa du Repos, Moncton and formerly of Dieppe, NB, passed away on Tuesday, June 21st, 2011, at his residence.
Born in Memramcook, NB, he was the son of the late Eric and the late Emerise (née: Landry) Brun.
Mr. Brun was a retired postal worker.
He is survived by one brother, Alyre (Sara) Brun of Robichaud; many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his wife, Viola (née: Robichaud); five sisters: Exeline, Hermance, Marie, Dora and Lorette as well as by seven brothers: Emile, Leandre, Alderic, Laurie, Eugene, Yvon and Delpha.
By request, no visitation will be held.
Funeral mass will be celebrated from Sainte-Anne Roman Catholic Church, Ste-Anne-de-Kent, NB, on Friday, June 24th, 2011 at 11 am.
Interment at Sainte-Anne Parish Cemetery, Ste-Anne-de-Kent, NB.
Donations to the Food Bank would be appreciated by the family.

Il laisse dans le deuil un frères, Alyre (Sara) de Robichaud, plusieurs beaux-frères et belles-soeurs ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces.
Son épouse, Viola (née: Robichaud); cinq soeurs: Exeline, Hermance, Marie, Dora et Lorette ainsi que sept frères: Emile, Léandre, Alderic, Laurie, Eugene, Yvon and Delpha l’ont précédé dans la tombe.
Aucune visite auront lieu au salon.
Les funérailles auront lieu en l’église Sainte-Anne, Ste-Anne-de-Kent, N.-B., le vendredi 24 juin 2011, à 11h.
