It is with a heavy heart that we announce the death of our beloved mother, Aline LeBlanc, at the age of 85. She died peacefully at the Villa du Repos, Moncton, NB, on November 7th, 2010 following a lengthy illness.
Born in Cap St.-Louis, she was the daughter of the late Oscar and the late Lina (née: Chevarie) Doucet.
Aline loved life and began working when she was 13. She enjoyed walking, sewing, gardening and being with her family.
She will be missed by two daughters: Annette (George) Bogdan of Vernon, BC and Carmaine (Fred) Robinson of Lakeville; one son, Norman (Jenny) of MacKenzie, BC; four sisters: Lilianne (Lionel) Kenny of Scarborough, ON, Robéa (Wilbert) Kenny of Sudbury, ON, Marie (late Joe) Walsh of Quispamsis and Anais (Carl) Novak of Richibouctou; 7 grandchildren: Jessica, Josh, Michelle, Denise, Brooks, Michelle and Nicole; 8 great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur in 1998; one son, Noel in 1982; two sisters: Victoire and Freda and also by four brothers: Pat, Larry, Jack and Nazaire.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901, on Wednesday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and also on Thursday from 9 am until time of service.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 11th, 2010 at 10 am from the Chapel with Pastor Matthew Porter officiating. Reception to follow.
Interment in St.-Louis-des-Français Parish Cemetery, St.-Louis-de-Kent, NB.
Donations to the Alzheimer Society or a memorial of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.

Mme LeBlanc aimait la vie et avait une passion pour la marche, la couture, le jardinage, mais surtout sa famille.
Elle laisse dans le deuil deux filles: Annette (George) Bogdan de Vernon, C.-B. et Carmaine (Fred) Robinson de Lakeville; un fils, Norman (Jenny) de MacKenzie, C.-B.; quatre soeurs: Lilianne (Lionel) Kenny de Scarborough, ON, Robéa (Wilbert) Kenny de Sudbury, ON, Marie (feu Joe) Walsh de Quispamsis et Anais (Carl) Novak de Richibouctou; 7 petits-enfants: Jessica, Josh, Michelle, Denise, Brooks, Michelle and Nicole; 8 arrière petits-enfants ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces.
Son époux, Arthur en 1998; un fils, Noel en 1982; deux soeurs: Victoire et Freda ainsi que quatre frères: Pat, Larry, Jack et Nazaire l’ont précédée dans la tombe.
Les visites auront lieu à la Maison funéraire Chartersville, 363 rue Amirault, Dieppe, N.-B., (857-1901) le mercredi de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h ainsi que le jeudi de 9h jusqu’a l’heure des funérailles.
Les funérailles auront lieu le jeudi 11 novembre 2010, à 10h à la chapelle avec Pasteur Matthew Porter. Une réception suivra.
L’inhumation se fera au cimetière paroissial St-Louis-des-Français, St-Louis-de-Kent, N.-B.
Un don à la Société Alzheimer ou à un oeuvre de bienfaissance de votre choix serait apprecié par la famille.
