Shediac, NB – Alma Boucher, 91, passed away peacefully at the Moncton Hospital, surrounded by her loving family, on Thursday, May 3, 2018, after a brief illness.
Born in Shediac, NB, she was the daughter of the late Amédée and the late Marie (nee LeBlanc) Babineau.
Alma will be sadly missed by her husband, Laurie; her son, Normand Leménager (Susie Dawson) of Shediac River; her four daughters, Phyllis Leménager (Bob Preston) of Grande-Digue, Annette Richard (Donald) of Shediac Bridge, Gisèle Leménager (Gilles) of Cap-Pelé and Denise Leger (Marcel) of Shediac; her special son, Michel Boucher of St-Paul; her four sisters, Florence Jaillet (late Tilmon) of Shediac, Dora Hébert (Adrien) of Grande-Digue, Florine LeBlanc (Ulysse) and Lorraine Babineau (Olando) both of Moncton; her grandchildren, Karen, Marc, André, Mathieu and Beverly; her great grandchildren, Jessica, Shawn, Natalie, Emily and Lexie; her daughter-in-law, Diane Leménager; also by several nieces, nephews.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Alcide Leménager; her son, Ronald; her sister, Anna.
Visitations will be at Passage in Shediac Bridge, on Monday, May 7, 2018 from 7 to 9 pm. There will be no visitation on Tuesday morning. Funeral service will be held at the St-Joseph RC Church in Shediac on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at 11 am.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation, CHU Dumont Foundation or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
