Alphonsine Richard, 72, of Dieppe, NB, passed away on Tuesday, November 5th, 2013, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center.

Born in Moncton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Clovis and the late Lorette (née: Melanson) Belliveau.

Mrs. Richard worked as a secretary at Amirault, Mathieu-Martin and Champlain schools. She was a member of Ste-Thérèse parish.

She is survived by her husband, Louis François; two daughters: Charline (Wade) Stymest and Ginette (Lyle) Dennis, both of Sarnia, ON; two sons: Daniel (Ginette) of Grande-Digue and Yves (Anna) of Warterloo, ON; four sisters: Jeannine (Alfred) LeBlanc, Rose-Marie (Paul) Girouard, Lorette (late Rodrigue) LeBlanc and Andréa (Jean-Guy) LeBlanc, all of Dieppe; three brothers: Francis (Pauline) Belliveau of Dieppe, Bernard (Yvonne) Richard of Greater Lakeburn and Michel (Francine) Belliveau of Dieppe; 7 grandchildren: Nicole (Aaron), Britney, Colin, Justin, Julien, Jasmine and Emilie, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by one daughter, Denise; adoptive mother, Melina Melanson and also by her step-mother, Bertha Richard-Belliveau.

Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB, (857-1901) on Friday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm ONLY.

Funeral mass will be celebrated from Sainte-Thérèse Roman Catholic Church, Dieppe, NB on Saturday, November 9th, 2013 at 10: 30 am.

Interment at Chartersville Funeral Home Columbarium, Dieppe, NB.

Donations to the CHU Dumont Foundation “Oncology” would be appreciated by the family.

 

Au Centre hospitalier universitaire Dr-Georges-L.-Dumont de Moncton, le mardi 5 novembre, 2013, à l’âge de 72 ans, est décédée Alphonsine Richard. Elle demeurait à Dieppe, N.-B.

Née à Moncton, N.-B., elle était fille de feu Clovis et de feu Lorette (née Melanson) Belliveau.

Mme Richard avait travaillé comme secrétaire aux écoles: Amirault, Mathieu-Martin et Champlain. Elle était membre de la paroisse Sainte-Thérèse.

Elle laisse dans le deuil son époux, Louis François; deux filles: Charline (Wade) Stymest et Ginette (Lyle) Dennis, toutes deux de Sarnia, ON; deux fils: Daniel (Ginette) de Grande-Digue et Yves (Anna) de Warterloo, ON; quatre soeurs: Jeannine (Alfred) LeBlanc, Rose-Marie (Paul) Girouard, Lorette (feu Rodrigue) LeBlanc et Andréa (Jean-Guy) LeBlanc, toutes de Dieppe; trois frères: Francis (Pauline) Belliveau de Dieppe, Bernard (Yvonne) Richard de Greater Lakeburn et Michel (Francine) Belliveau de Dieppe; 7 petits-enfants: Nicole (Aaron), Britney, Colin, Justin, Julien, Jasmine et Emilie, ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces.

Outre ses parents; une fille, Denise; sa mère adoptive, Melina Melanson ainsi que sa belle-mère, Bertha Richard-Belliveau l’ont précédée dans la tombe.

Les visites auront lieu à la Maison funéraire Chartersville, 363 rue Amirault, Dieppe (857-1901) le vendredi de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h SEULEMENT.

Les funérailles auront lieu en l’église Sainte-Thérèse, Dieppe, N.-B., le samedi 9 novembre, 2013, à 10h 30.

L’inhumation se fera au colombaire de la Maison funéraire Chartersville, Dieppe, N.-B.
