Alvin will be sadly missed by his family and friends. He was a very kind and gentle man with a unique sense of humor that continued until the moments before his death. We would like to express our thanks and great appreciation for the wonderful staff at York Care Center. They became his second family for the two years that he resided there and we always felt assured that he was lovingly cared for when we could not be with him. Also a special thanks to the staff of We Care for the three years that he required extra care at home before going to York Care Center.
There will be no visitation or funeral service. A graveside service will be held at the Elmwood Cemetery in Moncton on Monday, September 18th, 2017 at 11:00am for all who wish to attend. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Diabetic Association would be appreciated.
