Alyre Cormier
1947 ~ 2022

Saint-Antoine, NB – Alyre Cormier, 74, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 19th, 2022 at Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital in Sainte-Anne-de-Kent.

Born in Notre-Dame-de-Kent, NB, he was the son of the late Joseph and the late Alice Cormier (Robichaud).

Alyre will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Anne-Marie Cormier (LeBlanc); his children: Denis “Jet” (Sylvette) of St-Antoine and Ginette Feifer (Mark) of Moncton; his brothers: twin Irois (Janice) and Ovila (Annette) both of Notre-Dame and his sister: Lucille Chenard (Jean-Paul) of Moncton; his grandchildren: Brandon and Alexa; his sister-in-law: Phyllis (late Paul) of Moncton; as well as several nieces, nephews, friends and his son’s dog, Stewie.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his son: Daniel “Danny”; his brothers: Raymond (late Yvette) and Paul; his brother-in-law: Conrad.


Due to the current situation with the pandemic, a graveside service will be held at a later date in the spring.
