André Caissie, age 70, of Saint-Antoine and Richiboucto-Village, has passed away suddenly at the Stella Maris de Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne de Kent on Thursday November 29th, 2007. Born in Sainte-Anne de Kent on May 22nd, 1937 he was the son of the late Albert and the late Suzanne (Née Caissie) Caissie.
André is survived by a special friend Jeanne Léger of Saint-Antoine, six sisters; Emerise Gaudet (Alfred Dupuis), Eugénie Léger, Odila Cormier all of Barachois, Bernice Cormier of Richiboucto-Village, Laudia Williams of Dieppe, Mélina Richard of Manoir St-Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche, five brothers; Emerie (Corinne), of Sainte-Anne de Kent, Baptiste (Yvonne), Gerard (Angèla) both of Saint-Antoine, Régis (Aline) of Grande-Digue, Charles (Adeline) of Barachois, and several nephews and nieces.
He was predeceased by seven sisters; Jeanne, Edmée, Elmire, Lorraine, Marie, Yvonne, Célina, and two brothers; ALyre and Zoel.
Visitation will be held at the Saint-Antoine de Padoue Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Richiboucto-Village, on Friday November 30th, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9, and Saturday from 9 to 10:45 am. Funeral Mass will be held at Saint-Antoine de Padoue Church, Richiboucto-Village on Saturday December 1st, at 11:00 am. Interment will be in the Sainte-Anne de Kent Parish Cemetery.
