Grande-Digue, NB – Andréa Brun, 93, passed away peacefully at the Villa Providence in Shediac, on Saturday, July 26, 2014, after a brief illness.
Born in Cap-Pelé, NB, she was the daughter of the late Philippe and Anna (Cormier) Vautour.
Andréa will be sadly missed by her four children, Roland (Lynn), Patricia Caissie (late Léo-Paul) both of Grande-Digue, Marie-Rose Richard (Alban) of Richibouctou and Marie-Mai Léger (Ronald) of Moncton; her two sisters, Claudia Gaudet (late Jude) and Éveline Richard (late Valmond) both of Cap-Pelé; her adopted sister, Jacqueline; her seven grandchildren, Léo-Paul, Hélène, Monique, Daniel, Francis, Gilbert and Marcel; her nine great grandchildren, Shane, Zacharie, Ashley, Crystal, Vanessa, Jadelynne, Keavan, Maxime and Alexandre; also by several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased her husband, Freddie; one daughter, Bernice; seven brothers, Ulric, Léandre, Albert, Clovis, Olivier, René and Léoda; five sisters, Adéline, Élise, Délia, Marie and Osithe.
Visitations will be at Passage in Shediac Bridge on Wednesday, July 30 from 11:30 to 1:30 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at La Visitation RC Church in Grande-Digue on Wednesday, July 30 at 2 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the ChuDumont Foundation (Oncology Dept) or to the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
