Anita Jaillet, 93, of Bouctouche, passed away peacefully at the Foyer Pauline, Bouctouche, on Monday December 7, 2020.She was married to the late Edgar Jaillet (2010). Born in Saint-Norbert, she was the daughter of the late Edouard and the late Suzanne (Léger) Maillet.
She will be sadly missed by her children; Jeannette McGrath (late Raymond), Rita Babineau (Donnell), both of Bouctouche, Leonard (Corinne) of Saint-Joseph-de-Kent, Leo (Mai) of Dieppe, her grandchildren; Guy, Yvon, Joey, Lisa, Anne, Julien, Joel, Isabelle, Stephane, Joannie, Debbie and fifteen great-grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn her son-in-law, Paul LeBlanc, her sister-in-law, Irene Jaillet and several nieces and nephews.
Anita was predeceased by one daughter, Louise, one son, Emile, two great grandsons; Jason and Justin, four sisters; Lina, Marie, Flora, Rita and three brothers; Emerie,André and Laurie.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic private visitation and funeral service will take place at a later date.
In Anita’s memory a donation can be made to the Local Food Bank or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
The family would like to thank Mathieu Caissie of Foyer Pauline and his staff for the excellent care provided to their loved one.
