Anne “Annie” Babineau
1929 ~ 2023

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Annie Babineau, 93, on Saturday, October 28th, 2023 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton.

Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Henry and late Éloise Hébert (Gauvin).

Annie will be sadly missed by her son, Donnell (Rita) Babineau of Bouctouche; her daughter, Pamela (Vernon) Aucoin of Massachusetts; her grandchildren: Paula, Michelle, Tracy, Diane, Crystal, Shannon, Renée, Anne, and Lisa; her 16 great grandchildren; her brother, Raymond “Ti John” (late Yvette) Hébert of Moncton; as well as several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Aquila; her son, Gérald (Debbie); her brothers: Jim and Onel; and her sisters: Jane and Florida.

Donations in memory of Annie can be made to a charity of your choice.

Visitations will be held at Passage (3754 Route 134, Shediac Bridge) on Wednesday, November 22nd, 2023 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. A funeral service will be held in the chapel at 4:00pm.

To my beautiful mom words can’t explain how much I miss you it’s very hard living so far away but I am glad I was able to come up often and thank God for phones I was able to call you almost every night at 8o’clock to remind you that dancing with the stars are on and that survivor is on I just miss hearing your voice but I know that you are in a good place now also November 22 is a day That you will part from us and go visit dad knowing on that day will be your wedding anniversary of 75 years so dad is waiting for your mom you’re always in my heart I love you
