In Loving Memory Of
April 19, 2012

Annette Cormier, 61, of Protem Health Services, Moncton, NB and formerly of Pascal Avenue, Dieppe, passed away on Thursday, April 19th, 2012, at her residence.

Born in Dieppe, NB, she was the daughter of the late Patrick and the late Bertha (née: Lemenager) Groody.

Mrs Cormier had worked as a financial investment assistant at the Royal Bank.

She is survived by her husband, Valérie "Val"; one daughter, Lise (Bryce) Classen of St. Albert, AB; one son, Jonathan (Allison) of Ottawa, ON; two sisters: Faye Groody (William Connolly) of Bathurst and Claudette Groody (Mariner Palmer) of Montreal, QC; three brothers: Paul (Twyla) Groody of Saint John, Eric Groody of Calgary, AB and Dennis Groody of Kamloops, BC; three grandchildren: Ethan, Charlie and Hunter, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB (857-1901) on Monday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm.

Funeral mass will be celebrated from St. Bernard’s Roman Catholic Church, Moncton, NB, on Tuesday, April 24th, 2012 at 11 am.

Donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.



À sa résidence, le jeudi 19 avril 2012, à l’âge de 61 ans, est décédée Annette Cormier. Elle demeurait au Foyer Protem, Moncton, autrefois de l’avenue Pascal, Dieppe, N.-B.

Née à Dieppe, N.-B., elle était fille de feu Patrick et de feu Bertha (née: Lemenager) Groody.

Mme Cormier avait travaillé comme assistante au service investissement pour la Banque Royale.

Elle laisse dans le deuil son époux, Valérie “Val”; une fille, Lise (Bryce) Classen de St. Albert, AB; un fils, Jonathan (Allison) de Ottawa, ON; deux soeurs: Faye Groody (William Connolly) de Bathurst et Claudette Groody (Mariner Palmer) de Montreal, QC; trois frères: Paul (Twyla) Groody de Saint-Jean, Eric Groody de Calgary, AB et Dennis Groody de Kamloops, C.-B.; trois petits-enfants: Ethan, Charlie et Hunter, ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces.

Les visites auront lieu à la Maison funéraire Chartersville, 363 rue Amirault, Dieppe, N.-B., (857-1901) le lundi de 14h à 16h et 19h à 21h.

Les funérailles auront lieu en l’église St. Bernard’s, Moncton, N.-B., le mardi 24 avril 2012, à 11h.

Un don à la Société Alzheimer serait apprécié par la famille.
