Moncton – Annette Després, 67, passed away on Friday, April 8, 2022, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre.

Born in Sackville, NB, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Géraldine (Donnelle) Babineau.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Jacques “Jake” Després; her son, Robert “Bobby” (Joanne) Després of Moncton; her daughter, Natalie (Serge) Bernard of Moncton; her sister, Vicky (John) Melanson of Moncton; her eight grandchildren: Julie (Nick), Sabrina, Brandon, Emily, Caleb, Noah, Danika and Benjamin “Ben”; one great grandchild, Arthur; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held from Passage – Chartersville, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe (506-857-1901), on Thursday, April 21, 2022, from 7 pm to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held the day after, Friday, April 22th, 2022 at 2 pm at the chapel.

In her memory, donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Lung Association or to the donor’s choice.
