Antoine Richard, 82, of Saint-Norbert-de-Kent, NB, passed away on Monday, October 31st, 2011, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center.
Born in Saint-Norbert-de-Kent, NB, he was the son of the late Albert and the late Marie-Rose (née: Maillet) Richard.
Mr. Richard had retired from Johnson Equipment. He had a passion for horses and especially his own, Barney and Kate. He was a member of Saint-Norbert parish.
He is survived by his wife, Louise (née: Arsenault); two daughters: Linda Richard (Joey Howe) and Sylvie (Kevin) Melanson, both of Moncton; three sons: Adrien (Ginette) of McKees Mills, Jean-Pierre (Susan) of Saint-Antoine-de-Kent and Marcel (Cécile) of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent; two sisters: Florine (Emile) Albert of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent and Lucille (Bill) Innis of London ON; two brothers: Alderic (Pauline) of Shediac Bridge and Gérard (Janice) of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent; three sisters-in-law: Thérèse, Jeannette and Marie; one brother-in-law, Roger; 3 grandchildren: Jérémie, Bianca and Rose as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by three daughters: Phyllis, Yvette and Catherine; four sisters: Yvonne, Viana, Aurelda and Lina and also by four brothers: Willie, Paul, Gilbert, and Alphée.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB, 857-1901, on Tuesday from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm.
Funeral mass will be celebrated from Saint-Norbert Roman Catholic Church, Saint-Norbert-de-Kent, NB, on Wednesday, November 2nd, 2011 at 10:30 am.
Interment in Saint-Norbert Parish Cemetery, Saint-Norbert-de-Kent, NB.

Trois filles: Phyllis, Yvette et Catherine; quatre soeurs: Yvonne, Viana, Aurelda et Lina ainsi que quatre frères: Willie, Paul, Gilbert et Alphée l’ont précédé dans la tombe.
Les visites auront lieu à la Maison funéraire Chartersville, 363 rue Amirault, Dieppe, N.-B., (857-1901) le mardi de 14 à 16h et de 19 à 21h.
Les funérailles auront lieu en l’église Saint-Norbert, Saint-Norbert-de-Kent, N.-B., le mercredi 2 novembre, 2011, à 10h 30.
