St-Antoine, NB – Azélie Williams, 88, passed away suddenly at the “Résidence au Bénaise”, on Thursday, January 21, 2016.
Born in Cocagne, NB, she was the daughter of the late Tilmon and Régina (Babineau) LeBlanc.
Azélie will be sadly missed by her husband of 68 years, Uris; her three sons, Guy (Adrienne), Jean (Adrienne) both of St-Antoine and Eddy (Linda) of Cocagne; her two daughters, Francine Maillet (Léo) of St-Antoine and Ella LeBlanc (Normand) of Cap-Pelé; her brother, Aristide (Carmelle) of Shediac Bridge; her six sisters, Rita Belliveau (late Alban) of Moncton, Géraldine Hébert (Yvon) of Grande-Digue, Florida Richard (Armand) of Cocagne, Anise Leger (Eddie) of Moncton, Marie Cormier (Gérald) of St-Antoine and Annette Johnson (late Harvey) of Campbellton; her eleven grandchildren, Michelle, Jacques, Denis, Pierrette, Robert, Sophie, Carole, Martin, Charles, Joshua and Gabriel; her eight great grandchildren, Alexis-Starr, Natasha, Chelsea, Alexis, Samuel, Chloe, Dominic and Malik; also by several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by three brothers, Eric, Henrie, Gérard and one infant brother, Henrie; one sister, Lina.
Visitations will be at St-Antoine l’Ermite slumber room on Sunday, January 24, from 7 to 9 pm and on Monday, January 25, 2016 from 9:30 am until time of service. Funeral service will be held at St-Antoine l’Ermite Roman Catholic Church in St-Antoine, on Monday, January 25, at 11 am. A reception will follow at the “Club d’âge d’or”.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Parish cemetery, Canadian Diabetes Association or to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
