It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Barbara Leger, age 71, at the Moncton Hospital on Thursday September 9, 2021, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Barbara was born in Westphalia, Germany.
She worked as a technical translator at Canadian Forces Base in Lahr, Germany.
She is survived by her loving husband, Raymond of 50 years; her sister, Gabrielle Vien of Germany and nephew, Stefan of Montreal
As per Barbara’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service.
The family would like to thank the doctors and stall of the Dr George-L-Dumont and Moncton Hospitals. Also special thanks to Dr. Burton and Dr. Trudeau.
