In Loving Memory Of
Barbara O’Brien
1962-2023

Moncton, N.-B – It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Barbara O’Brien, that occurred at her residence on Thursday, January 19 th , 2023, at the age of 60.

Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of Eric Landry and the late Doris (Boucher) Landry.

Barb was a loving mother and grandmother. She would take any opportunity to talk about her “grandbabies” and how much she adored them. She enjoyed the beach life so much that she made her dream come true and turned her cottage into a permanent home where many wonderful memories were made. She will be remembered as a strong, caring and determined woman who loved her family very much.

She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Melissa Mountain of Moncton, her grandchildren. Olivia and Chase Mountain; her father, Eric (Rosalie) Landry; her brother, Daniel (Bernice) Landry of Irishtown; her two sisters: Sandra Stuart (Larry) and Jackie (Jamie) Wallace both of Riverview; her two nephews: Jason and Mackenzie; her two nieces: Shanel and Carly; and by her ex-husband, Steven O’Brien of Moncton

Visitation will be held at Passage Funeral Cooperative (625 Mountain Road, Moncton, NB (506) 855-1145) on Thursday, January 26th from 6 to 8 pm only.
