Dieppe – Bernadette Kinney, 81, passed away peacefully at the Moncton City Hospital surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, June 20th, 2012. She was the wife of the late John Arthur Kinney.
Born in Bouctouche, NB on May 30, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Hector and the late Phyllis (Després) Robichaud.
Bernadette will sadly be missed by her son, Brian (Patricia Thomas) of Riverview; her sister, Hectorine Gagnon of New Hampshire, USA; her brother, Yvon (Rita) Robichaud of Cocagne; two grandchildren, Jason and Bree; one great grandchild, Kelsey; also by several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents and her husband John (2010), Bernadette was predeceased by two brothers, Roland and Roger.
Visitations will be held at the Cocagne Slumber Room in the St-Pierre-de-Cocagne RC Church on Saturday, June 23rd at 10:00 am till the time of the funeral mass at 11:00 am.
Donations to the Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
