Bernice Mazerolle
1951 ~ 2022

Shediac, NB – Bernice Mazerolle, 71, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 5th, 2022 at the Moncton Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Edward and late Jeannine Mazerolle (Poirier).

Bernice will be greatly missed by her partner of 43 years, Donald Breau; her son, Jeff (Kayla Belliveau) both of Shediac; her brother Donald (Joanne) Mazerolle of Moncton; three sisters: Francine (Paul) Richard of Saint-Antoine, Pauline Colepaugh of Riverview, Suzanne (Tim) Mazerolle of Bedford, NS ; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Gracia, and two brothers-in-law, Georges and Maurice.

Bernice had a long career, which she adored, working as head cashier for 20 years at the Shoppers Drug Mart in Shediac.

Visitations will be held at Passage Funeral Home chapel (3754 Route 134, Shediac Bridge, NB) on Wednesday, October 12th, 2022 from noon until the time of service. Funeral service will be held in the chapel at 2:00pm.

Donations in Bernice’s memory can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Oncology department of the Moncton Hospital.

  6. So surprised at this sad news. My sympathies to all the family. Since Bernice has been retired from Shoppers, I miss our chats. Before Grace passed, she would keep me updated on what was going on with her. I have not seen Bernice since she retired and did not know she was sick. Again, my sympathies.
