Camille Leger, 78, of Dieppe, passed away on Friday, April 13th, 2007 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital.
Born in Memramcook, he was the son of the late Edgar and the late Marie (née: Boudreau) Leger.
Mr. Leger was an avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a parishioner of St.-Anselme Roman Catholic Church.
He is survived by two daughters: Linda (Rodney) Hopper and Paulette (Charles) Leger both of Moncton; three sons: Charles of Moncton, Rhéal (Monic) of Ammon, NB and Luc of Rocky Mountain House, AB; three sisters: Rita Thibodeau of Dieppe, Alma (Ted) Younger of Mississauga, ON and Pauline Leger of Moncton; two brothers: Paul (Ella) of Toronto and Roger (Gertrude) of Memramcook; 9 grandchildren: Erika, Meghan, Christian, Gabriel, Mathieu, Michelle, Randy, Shanel and Jazna as well as by several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his wife, Florine (née: Poirier) in 1982; two sisters: Corinne and Lina and also by two brothers: Joseph and Arthur.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901, on Monday, April 16th, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and also on Tuesday from 10 am until time of departure. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St.-Anselme Roman Catholic Church, on Tuesday, April 17th, 2007 at 11 am.
Interment in St.-Anselme Parish Cemetery, Dieppe, NB.
