Camille Légaré, 93, of the Residence Au Bénaise, Saint-Antoine and formerly of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family, on Wednesday January 22, 2020 at the UHC Dr Georges-L. Dumont, Moncton. He was married to Dora (LeBlanc) Légaré. Born in Daveluyville, QC, he was the son of the late Wilfred and the late Yvonne (Lamotte) Légaré.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Dora, his six children; Linda Cormier (Jean-Guy), Joanne Légaré (Ricky) of Cocagne, Nathan Scoltissek (Christof) of Germany, Lisa Goguen (David) of Anagance, Denis (Terri) of Edmonton, Robert (Gisèle) of Saint-Gregoire as well as eight grandchildren and one great grandson.
He was predeceased by three brothers; Fernand, Gerard and Jos.
Visitations will be held at the Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, on Monday January 27, 2020 from 2 to 3:45 pm. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Sainte-Marie-de-Kent Church on Monday January 27, 2020 at 4:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery in the spring.
In Camille’s memory, donations may be made to the CHU DUMONT Foundation.
