Born in Acadieville, NB, she was the daughter of the late Alcime and the late Marie-Jeanne Deveau (Born Daigle)
Carmella is survived by her loving husband, Norman LeBlanc of Moncton, NB; by her two children, Ricky LeBlanc of Moncton and Tammy LeBlanc (Marc Gallant) of Dieppe; by her seven brothers, Clem of Moncton, Gerard (Joanne) of Moncton, Livain of Moncton, Néri (Nelida) of Moncton, Hector of Moncton, Rosaire (Lucy) of Saskatchewan and Yvon (Sylvia) of Moncton; by her four sisters, Julienne Deveau, Alice Bastarache (Ovide), Dionne LeBlanc (Henry) and Thérèse Cormier (Normand) all of Moncton; by her four grandchildren, Corey LeBlanc, Jade LeBlanc, Jeremy Hayes and Meghan Hayes. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Carmella was predeceased by her sister, Dorca King.
Visitation will be held PASSAGE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 625 Mountain Road, Moncton on Monday, June 30th, 2014 from 6:00 – 9:00pm. There will be no visitation at the funeral home Tuesday morning. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 1st, 2014 at Notre-Dame-de-Grâce RC Church, 854 Mountain Road, Moncton at 10:00am. Burial will take place at the Acadieville parish cemetery, Acadieville, NB at a later date.
