  6. What can I say about Matante Carol. Rarely has there been anyone this strong, motivated, creative and inspirational. Her long marriage with Mononcle Paul was a life lesson on how be married. Patience, kindness, and love… I took in their lessons and always tried my best to follow their example. You may be gone but I still will use your blueprint to try to live my life as best as I can, to be as adventurous as I can, to always try new things, to always love my family deeply. Thank you for all that you have given all of us around you. Je te manque, Matante.

  25. dear Paul, Melanson and Gould families,

It is with a heavy heart also that I am just learning of Carol Ann’s sudden death in Jan. Gratefully, just prior to Jan. 25th., we had enjoyed reminiscing over our past years in Moncton. Carol Ann enjoyed all life: spiritual, people ( family was so important to her), plants, vegetables, her flowers were something else; no doubt animal life as well. We shall all miss her very much. I always admired your commitment to each other, dear Paul and Carol. I will try to make contact with you, Paul, God willing. I have fond memories of both families: Melanson and Gould, more so when you and I were young… Carol Ann, rest in peace, beautiful child of God; pray for us as we remember you in our prayers. Dear God, bring consolation, comfort, hope and heal the broken hearted. Sincere condolences, Sr. Cécile LeBlanc,
