Moncton, NB – Cécile Arsenault, 84, passed away peacefully at the Faubourg du Mascaret of Moncton, NB on Friday, November 5th, 2021.
Born in Cocagne, NB, she was the daughter of the late Alyre Belliveau, and the late Amanda Belliveau born Léger.
Cécile will be sadly missed by four daughters, Claudette Arsenault of Riverview, Lucille Mills (Laurie) of Notre-Dame-de-Kent, Noëlla Stiles (Todd) of Riverview and Gisèle Boudreau (Serge of Shediac; one brother, Hervé Belliveau (Odette) of Cocagne; two grandchildren Dee Stiles and Randy Boudreau; as well as several cousins, nieces and two nephews, Jules and Jean.
Besides her parents, Cécile was predeceased by her husband, Alban Arsenault; her son, Paul Arsenault and her brother, Alphée Belliveau.
Because of the actual restrictions related to the Pandemic, there will be no visitation. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
