Cecilia Green, 86, of Résidence du Marais, Dieppe and formerly of Meadow Brook, NB, passed away on Tuesday, November 23rd, 2010, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital.
Born in Scoudouc, NB, she was the daughter of the late Simon and the late Evangeline (née: LeBlanc) Pellerin.
She is survived by three daughters: Patsy (Ron) Cooper of Summerside, PE, Irene Green (Randy Hall) of Halifax, NS and Nancy (Jean) Doiron of Dieppe; two sons: Peter (Betty) and David (Paulette), both of Meadow Brook; one sister, Anita (late Carl) Green of Leominster, Mass; 8 grandchildren: Stephen, Sharon, Sarah, Rachel, Stéphanie, Julie, Gabrielle and Céleste; 2 great grandchildren: Erica and Chanelle as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Edner in 1989; five sisters: Elodie, Lina, Lea, Marie and Maria and also by five brothers: Denis, Arthur, Alcide, Fred and Albert.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, (857-1901), on Thursday from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm and also on Friday from 10 to 11 am.
Funeral mass will be celebrated from St.-Jacques-le-Majeur Roman Catholic Church, Scoudouc, NB, on Friday, November 26th, 2010 at 11:30 am.
Interment in the St.-Jacques-le-Majeur Parish Cemetery, Scoudouc, NB.

Née à Scoudouc, N.-B., elle était fille de feu Simon et de feu Evangeline (née: LeBlanc) Pellerin.
Elle laisse dans le deuil trois filles: Patsy (Ron) Cooper de Summerside, I.-P.-E., Irene Green (Randy Hall) de Halifax, N.-E. et Nancy (Jean) Doiron de Dieppe; deux fils: Peter (Betty) et David (Paulette) tous deux de Meadow Brook; une soeur, Anita (feu Carl) Green de Leominster, Mass; 8 petits-enfants: Stephen, Sharon, Sarah, Rachel, Stéphanie, Julie, Gabrielle et Céleste; 2 arrière petits-enfants: Erica et Chanelle ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces.
Son époux, Edner en 1989; cinq soeurs: Elodie, Lina, Lea, Marie et Maria; ainsi que cinq frères: Denis, Arthur, Alcide, Fred et Albert l’ont précédée dans la tombe.
Les visites auront lieu à la Maison funéraire Chartersville, 363 rue Amirault, Dieppe, N.-B., (857-1901) le jeudi de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h ainsi que le vendredi de 10h jusqu’à 11h.
Les funérailles auront lieu en l’église St.-Jacques-le-Majeur, Scoudouc, N.-B., le vendredi 26 novembre, 2010, à 11h30.
L’inhumation se fera au cimetière paroissiale St.-Jacques-le-Majeur, Scoudouc, N.-B.
Un don à la fondation du Coeur ou au fond du cimetière St.-Jacques-le-Majeur, Scoudouc, N.-B. serait apprecié par la famille.
