We would like to thank his family doctor that he liked very much, Dr. Vincent Melanson; also to Dre. Mélanie Boucher and the staff of the Oncology Center; the nurses of the Extra-Mural Program, especially Dawn who treated him in palliative care at home; as well as Dr. Marc-André LeBlond and the wonderful palliative care team of the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont CHU during his short stay.
