Claude Goguen, 66, of Saint-Antoine, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on Wednesday April 3, 2019 at the UHC Dr Georges-L. Dumont, Moncton. He was married to Dianne Williams Goguen. Born in Saint-Antoine, he was the son of Aline (Babineau) Goguen of Saint-Antoine and the late Aristide Goguen.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Dianne, his mother Aline, his two sons; Gaétan of Indian Brook, NS and Julien (Denise) of Riverview as well as three grandchildren; Alicia, Faith and Alexandre. He also leaves to mourn two sisters; Majella Goguen of Saint-Antoine, Ginette Daigle (Réal) of Moncton, two brothers; Jean-Marc (Norma) of Saint-Antoine and Daniel (Lise) of Moncton as well as several nephews and nieces.
Visitations will be held at the Saint-Antoine l’Ermite Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Saint-Antoine on Monday April 8, 2019 from 7 to 9 and on Tuesday from 2 to 3:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Saint-Antoine Church on Tuesday April 9, 2019 at 4:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery at a later date.
In Claude’s memory, donations may be made to the CHU DUMONT Foundation.
