Claudette Doiron
1936 - 2022

Dieppe – Claudette Doiron, 85, of Gorveatte Street, Dieppe, passed away on July 5th, 2022, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center, Moncton.

Born in Saint-Anselme, on December 30th, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Edgar and the late Angelina (Gaudet) LeBlanc.

Prior to retirement, she was a school teacher.

She is survived by her daughter, Noëlla (Ozzie) of Dartmouth, NS; her sons: Gérard “Gerry” (Carmella) of Dieppe, Claude (France) of Moncton, Jean-Guy (Marcia) and Ronald, both of Dieppe; her sisters: Ronelda Smotrycki of Montreal and Joseline Ewenson of Dieppe; her brothers: Leonce (Maria) of Saint-Philippe and Ronald of Lakeside; her grandchildren: Chantal (Andrew) of Eastern Passage, NS, Melanie (Lee) of Moncton and Daniel of Dartmouth, NS; her great grandchildren: Ethan and Maëlle; and her son-in-law, Paul LeBlanc of Dartmouth, NS.

She was predeceased by her husband, Albenie Doiron (2004) and by her daughter-in-law, Bernice Doiron (2015).

At Claudette’s request, a private funeral service will be held.

  1. Rest In Peace dear sister……you do not have to suffer anymore ……I will never forget the good time we had together…..I loved you……and still do……..big hug to you wherever you are……

  2. I have fond memories of my tante Claudette as a young child. I am from Montreal, so I didn’t get to see her very often, but my parents used to drive to Dieppe to see mémère and pépère and we always had a supper at my aunt Claudette’s place. It was lots of fun because I had 5 cousins there to enjoy my time with. She will be dearly missed but is in such a better place now. No more suffering. My sincere condolences to the family.
