Born in, Saint-Norbert, NB, she was the daughter of the late Maxime and the late Yvonne Richard (nee Bastarache).

Claudette will be sadly missed by her husband, Aldérice LeBlanc of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, NB; by her two sons, Michel (Josette) of Saint-Anne-de-Kent, NB and Daniel (Monique) of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, NB; by her two sisters, Yolande LeBlanc (Paul-Émile) of Bouctouche, NB, Lita Bourgeois (Gilles) of Saint-Paul, NB, by her four brothers, Raoul of Moncton, NB, Léo of Moncton, NB, Ronald of Moncton, NB and Armand (Francine) of Saint-Norbert, NB; by her granddaughter, Chantal Bourque (Michel Collette); by her two step-grandchidren, Josée and Ryan; also by several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her three brothers, Fred, Joseph and also by an infant brother Joseph.

Visitations will be held at Notre Dame-du-Mont Carmel Slumber Room, 2350 Route 515, Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, NB on Wednesday, October 12th, 2016 from 5:00pm to 6:45pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Notre Dame-du-Mont Carmel RC Church, 2350 Route 515, Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, NB on Wednesday, October 12th, 2016 at 7:00pm.

Donations to the CHU Dumont Foundation (Oncology Department or to the Palliative Care Unit) would be appreciated by the family.
