Born in Scoudouc, NB, she was the daughter of the late Clément and the late Irène Bourque (nee Léger). A retired school teacher and a former member of the Golden Age Club, Shediac and Dieppe.
Clémence will be sadly missed by her two sisters, Rose Cormier (late Gérald) of Dieppe and Rhéa Hall (David) of New Maryland, NB; by her sister-in-law, Bernice Melanson of Shediac; by her brother-in-law, Gérard Martin of St. Charles; also by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Gisèle Martin and by a brother, Eugène.
As per Clémence’s wishes there will be no visitation at the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated from St. Jacques-le-Majeur RC Church, 3091 Route 132, Scoudouc, on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 11:00am.
