Born in Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, NB, she was the daughter of the late Amédée and the late Bella Bastarache (nee Richard).

Corinne loved being with family & friends. She loved music, playing cards, taking drives and eating out. She a was a quiet and happy person that loved life.

Corinne will be sadly missed by her daughter, Sylvia Melanson (Roger Selesse) of Cocagne; by her two sons, Michael and Mark both of Cocagne; by her two sisters, Roseline Léger (Aurèle) of Dieppe and Bernice Melanson (Vincent) of Sun City, Florida, USA; by her two sisters-in-law, Anita Bastarache and Cécile Bastarache both of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent; by her two brothers-in-law, Ariste LeBlanc and Aldéric Robichaud both of Saint-Antoine; also by several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Corinne was predeceased by her husband, Irois (2009); by her four sisters, Sister Marguerite Bastarache, ndsc, Huberte Savoie (late Fidèle), Thérèse LeBlanc and Adrienne Robichaud; by her two brothers, Hervé and Jean-Paul.

Visitations will be at Passage in Shediac Bridge, on Sunday, June 18, 2017 from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm. There will be no visitation on Monday morning. Funeral service will be held at St-Pierre-de-Cocagne RC Church, Cocagne on Monday, June 19, 2017 at 11 am.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Arthritis Foundation or to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
