Daniel T. LeBlanc, 99, of Villa du Repos, Moncton, passed away on Wednesday, February 8th, 2006 at his residence.
Born in Cormier’s Cove, NB, he was the son of the late Simeon and the Elise (née: Cormier) LeBlanc.
Mr. LeBlanc had retire as a brakeman from the CN, he was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Council # 1310, the Club d’Age d’Or and a parishioner of Cathédrale Notre-Dame de l’Assomption.
He is survived by two daughters: Marguerite LeBlanc of Quebec City and Carmel Melanson of Dieppe; one son, Normand (Beulah Lalonde) of Dieppe; one sister, Annette Auffrey of Dieppe; one brother, Oscar (Aurore) of Moncton; three grandchildren: Sylvio (Christana), Lisette (Michel) and Dion; one great grandchild, Martin as well as several other nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his wife Laudia in 1991; two sons: Raymond and Georges; one sister, Bertha and also by three brothers: Armand, Paul and Eugene
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901, on Friday, February 10th, 2006 from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm and also on Saturday from 10 am until time of departure. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Cathédrale Notre-Dame de l’Assomption on Saturday, February 11th, 2006 at 11 am.
Interment in Notre-Dame du Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe, NB.
