Ste-Marie-de-Kent, NB – Denise Girouard, 63, passed away peacefully at the St-Antoine nursing home in St-Antoine on Wednesday, February 19th, 2020.
Born in Cocagne, she was the daughter of the late David and Florence Caissie (born Gaudet).
Denise will be dearly missed by her loving husband, Raymond Girouard of Ste-Marie-de-Kent; her son, Jacques Girouard (Annik); her daughter, Paulette Girouard (Justin), both of Cocagne; four brothers, Paul Caissie (Marielle) of Bouctouche, Léonard Caissie of Cocagne, Rhéal Caissie (Diane) of Bouctouche and Raymond Caissie (Mike) of Cocagne; four sisters, Noëlla Landry (Donald) of St-François de Madawaska, Annette Belliveau (Gérard) and Rosella Caissie, both of St-Paul-de-Kent, and Louise Saulnier (Louis) of Notre-Dame-de-Kent; two grandchildren, Kevin and Ellie; also by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitations will be held at Notre-Dame-du-Mont-Carmel slumber room in Ste-Marie-de-Kent, on Sunday, February 23rd, 2020, from 2pm to 4pm and from 7pm to 9pm. Visitation will continue on Monday, February 24th, 2020, from 10am until time of the funeral service at the Notre-Dame-du-Mont-Carmel RC Church at 11am.
