Domithilde Doucette, 92, of Saint-Louis, passed away peacefully at the Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, on Saturday October 29, 2016. She was married to the late Laurent (Larry) Doucette. Born in Saint-Louis, she was the daughter of the late Vital and the late Rose-Marie (Guimond) Fontaine.
She will be sadly missed by her sons; Real (Audrey) of Saint-Louis, Oscar (Therese) of Acadieville, her grandchildren; Denis, Laurent, Viola and Maurice, her great grandchildren; Megan and Julien, her sister, Rosanna Babineau of Moncton, her brother, Marcel Fontaine of Richiboucto and several nieces and nephews.
Domithilde was predeceased by her daughter Jeannette, her sisters; Celina and Marguerite and her brother, Germain.
The Funeral Mass will be held in the Saint-Louis-des-Francais Roman Catholic Church, on Wednesday November 2, 2016 at 4:00pm. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
