Donald Cormier, 52 of Sainte-Marie de Kent has passed away suddenly at this residence on Tuesday February 2nd, 2010. Born in Sainte-Marie de Kent on April 7th, 1957 he was the son of the late Alonzo Cormier and Domelda (Bastarache) Cormier of Manoir Saint-Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche.
He was a drywall installer by trade.
Donald leaves to mourn him, his five sisters, Odette Allain of Leominster, Mass., Rosemonde Pellerin of Sainte-Marie de Kent, Norma Cormier (Jean-Marie LeBlanc), Francine Despres (Joe) both of Bouctouche, Aurella DesRoches (Raymond) of Saint-Anselme, four brothers, Lauria, Léandre (Rose-Marie) both of Saint-Antoine, Clarence, and Raymond both of Sainte-Marie de Kent and several nephews and nieces.
Donald was predeceased by one sister Nicole and one brother Claude.
Visitation will be held at the Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Sainte-Marie de Kent on Friday February 5th from 7 to 9 and Saturday from 9 to 10:45 am. Funeral Mass will be held at the Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Church, Sainte-Marie de Kent on Saturday February 6, 2010 at 11:00 am. Interment will be in the parish cemetery in the spring.
In Donald’s memory donations can be made to the Dr Georges L. Dumont Hospital Foundation.
