DONALD LEBLANC

Donald LeBlanc, 76, of Faubourg du Mascaret (Pavillon Richard), Moncton and formerly of Saint-Anselme, passed away on Monday, April 23rd, 2018, at his residence.

Born in Saint-Anselme, NB, he was the son of the late Cloris and the late Marguerite (née: LeBlanc) LeBlanc.

Prior to retirement, Donald had worked as a meat cutter and a salesman. He enjoyed playing cards, especially "200 and 45" and watching horseraces. He was a member of Saint-Anselme Parish.

He is survived by his wife, Bertha (née: LeBlanc); one daughter, Brenda Girouard (Gilles Landry) of Dieppe; three grandchildren: Nathalie, Mathieu (Arielle) and Marika (Jason); one great grandson, Mathis; one step granddaughter, Keira; two brothers: Camille (Meriza) of Dieppe and Leonce (Rose-Marie) of Moncton; as well as several nieces and nephews.

No visitation prior to the funeral.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Saint-Anselme Roman Catholic Church, Dieppe, on Saturday, April 28th, 2018 at 11 am.

Interment in Saint-Anselme Parish Cemetery, Dieppe.

Donations to the CHU Dumont Foundations (Oncology) would be appreciated by the family.

Arrangements entrusted to Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe (857-1901).

 

À sa résidence, le lundi 23 avril 2018, à l’âge de 76 ans, est décédé Donald LeBlanc. Il demeurait au Foubourg du Mascaret (Pavillon Richard) à Moncton et autrefois de Saint-Anselme au Nouveau-Brunswick.
Né à Saint-Anselme, N.-B., il était le fils de feu Cloris et de feu Marguerite (née LeBlanc) LeBlanc.

Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse, Bertha (née LeBlanc); une fille, Brenda Girouard (Gilles Landry) de Dieppe; trois petits-enfants: Nathalie, Mathieu (Arielle) et Marika (Jason); un arrière petit-fils, Mathis; une belle petite-fille, Keira; deux frère: Camille (Meriza) de Dieppe et Leonce (Rose-Marie) de Moncton; ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces.

 Aucune visite avant les funérailles.

La messe des funérailles aura lieu en l’église Saint-Anselme, Dieppe, le samedi 28 avril 2018, à 11h.

L’inhumation se fera au Cimetière Saint-Anselme, Dieppe.

Un don à la Fondation CHU Dumont (Oncologie) serait apprécié par la famille.

Les arrangements ont été confiés aux soins professionnels de la Maison funéraire Chartersville, 363 rue Amirault, Dieppe, (857-1901).
