Shediac – Donald “Paillasse” LeBlanc, 62, passed away on Sunday, July 3rd, 2022, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre, Moncton, NB.

Born in Shediac, NB, he was the son of the late Edgar LeBlanc and the late Annalice Gallant-LeBlanc.

Donald worked for PVC Construction.

He is survived by his wife, Claudette (Vautour) LeBlanc; his son, Shawn LeBlanc (Cait) of Moncton; his grandsons: Grayson and Jax, with their mother, Nadia LeBlanc; his siblings: Leandre Gallant (Diane) of Ontario, Jeannette Bourque (late Bernard) of Shediac, Ronald Gallant of Moncton, Linda Bourque of Shediac, Yolande Woods (Glenn) of Ontario, Diane Basque (Paul-Emile) of Bouctouche, Betty Gallant (Claude) of Moncton and Terry LeBlanc (Annette) of Shediac, as well as many nieces and nephews.

At the family’s request, a private visitation and service will be held.

In Donald’s memory, donations can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to a memorial of the donor’s choice.
