In Loving Memory Of
Dora Gauvin
1951 ~ 2022

Moncton, NB – Dora Gauvin, 71, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 19th, 2022 at Villa Du Repos in Moncton.

Born in Fox Creek, she was the daughter of the late Eddie and the late Antoinette (LeBlanc) Gauvin.

Dora will be sadly missed by her two sisters: Lucille Gauvin and Bernice Gauvin both of Dieppe; as well as several cousins and friends.

Dora always kept herself busy with crafts, puzzles, and working in her flower beds. She loved to travel and enjoyed watching hockey games, especially the Montréal Canadians, going to get her daily Tim Horton’s coffee, as well as her frequent visits at the casino. She started her career at Supply Depot No5 in Moncton, later transferring to DSS Shediac; retiring in 2012 with over 35 years of service.

A sincere thank you to all the staff of unit 900 at the Villa Du Repos in Moncton for the exceptional care provided to Dora during the past years.

Visitation will take place at Passage-Chartersville, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, on Thursday, November 24th, 2022 from 2:00pm until time of service. Funeral service will be held in the chapel at 4:00pm.
