It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Doreen Cormier, at the Moncton Hospital on Wednesday, February 3rd, 2021 at the age of 82.
Born in Saint John, NB she was the daughter of the late Simon and late Brigitte Guitar.
She is survived by her daughter Simone (Noel) Robichaud of Moncton; her three sons: Mike (Debbie) Guitar of Massachusetts, Leonard (late Brenda) Cormier and Clarence (Dana) Cormier both of Moncton; her two sisters: Eileen (late Joe) Ward and Cecilia Guitar both of Saint John; her daughter-in-law Marie-Ann; her fourteen grandchildren; also by several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Ovila Cormier, her grandson Steven Robichaud and many siblings.
Due to Covid19 there will be a funeral service at a later date.
Interment at Saint-Antoine, NB.

C’est avec le cœur lourd que nous annonçons le décès de Doreen Cormier, à l’hôpital de Moncton, le mercredi 3 février 2021 à l’âge de 82 ans.
Née à Saint John, au Nouveau-Brunswick, elle était la fille de feu Simon et de feu Brigitte Guitar.
Elle laisse dans le deuil sa fille Simone (Noel) Robichaud de Moncton; ses trois fils: Mike (Debbie) Guitar du Massachusetts, Leonard (feu Brenda) Cormier et Clarence (Dana) Cormier tous deux de Moncton; ses deux sœurs: Eileen (feu Joe) Ward et Cecilia Guitar toutes deux de Saint John; sa belle-fille Marie-Ann; ses quatorze petits-enfants; ainsi par plusieurs nièces et neveux.
Outre ses parents, elle a été prédécédée par son mari Ovila Cormier, son petit-fils Steven Robichaud et de nombreux frères et sœurs.
En raison de Covid19, il y aura un service funéraire à une date ultérieure.
