1937-2022

Moncton– Dorice Gauvin, 85, passed away on Wednesday, August 10th, 2022, at the Faubourg du Mascaret, Pavillon Landry, Moncton, NB.

Born in Moncton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Marguerite (Saulnier) Caissie.

She will be sadly missed by her husband of 65 years of marriage: Gerald Gauvin; five children: Lucille (Roger) Blanchard, Denis (Debbie) Gauvin, Terrence (Pierrette) Gauvin, Janice (Raymond) Blanchard and Monique (Todd) Belliveau; nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; her five sisters: Bertha (late Alfred) Gould, Corinne (late Pierre) Bourque, Louise Robichaud, Diana (Jean-Paul) Léger and Christine (Harold) McGrath as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her two sisters: Geneva (late Adrien) Landry and Norma (late Clarence) Léger; and her brother Laurie (Marie) Caissie.

At the family’s request, a private visitation and service will be held at a later date.
