In Loving Memory Of
DORILLA ALLAIN
October 10, 2018

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dorilla Allain at the Moncton City Hospital on Wednesday, October 10th, 2018.

Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late François and Marie (Dugas) DesRoches.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Robert in 2003.

Dorilla was employed by F.W.Woolworth, Woolco and Walmart for 49 years (1946-1995).

In her spare time, she enjoyed knitting, sewing, playing bingo but most of all cherished spending time with her grandchildren as well as watching her great grandchildren laugh and play.

She will be deeply missed by her daughter, Debbie Melanson (Denis), her treasured grandchildren: Mathieu (Stephanie), Janique (Nick), Julie (Rémy), Marc-André and her precious great-grandchildren: Sophie, Dominic, Marcus, William and Damien.

She is also survived by her ten siblings: André (Clara), Jeanette Cormier (late Yvon), Irène Belliveau (late Arthur), Phyllis Léger, Claudette Chase (Bryan), Thérèse Mancari (Fred), Catherine Doucett (Bob), Robert (Rita), Yvette LeBlanc and Yvonne St-Louis (Pierre) as well as several nieces and nephews.

As per the family’s request, there will be no visitation hours or funeral service. A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Dorilla may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.

Arrangements entrusted to Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe (857-1901).
