Born in Moncton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Régina (LeBlanc) Bastarache.

Dorilla will be sadly missed by her four sons, Norman (Wendy) of Greater Lakeburn, Gérald "Gerry" (Barbara) of Riverview, Roger (Sandie) of Calgary, AB, Ray (Susan) of Riverview; by her daughter, Jeannine Cormier of Montreal, QC; by her brother, Terrence Bastarache (Marjorie) of Moncton; by her sister, Généva Duguas (late Lee) of Digby, NS; by her ten grandchildren, Robbie, Erin, Brian, Trisha, Sam, Sarah, Quinn, Gilles, Natasha, Tosh; by her eight great grandchildren, Kate, Trent, Garret, Avery, Lauren, Emily, Nicholas, Grace; also by several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Dorilla was predeceased by her husband, Yvon; by her five brothers, Yvon, Aldérice, Roger, Alonzo and Gérald; by her two sisters, Viola Légère, Odessa Long.

Visitations will be at Passage Funeral Chapel, 625 Mountain Road, Moncton, on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. There will be no visitation at the funeral home Thursday morning. Funeral service will be held at Notre-de-la-Paix RC Church in Moncton, on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at 11 am.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
