Edgar Roy, 81, of Dieppe, NB, passed away on Friday, February 20th, 2015, at his residence.
Prior to retirement, Mr. Roy worked at Lane’s Bakery.
He is survived by two daughters: Pauline (David) Wall and Jan Roy (Ken Smith), both of Dieppe, one son, Paul (Pam) Roy of Hillsborough; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by his beloved dog, Didi.
He was predeceased by his adoptive parents: Tom and Marie Roy; his wife, Doris in 2010; one son, infant Norman; four sisters: Alma, Alice, Lorette and Rita, and also by two brothers: Delphis and Cleophas.
By request, no visitation or funeral service will be held.
Interment in Our Lady of Calvary cemetery, Dieppe, NB.
In his memory, donations to the SPCA would be appreciated.

Il laisse dans le deuil deux filles: Pauline (David) Wall et Jan Roy (Ken Smith), toutes deux Dieppe, un fils: Paul (Pam) Roy de Hillsborough; cinq petits-enfants; trois arrière petits-enfants, ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces. Il manquera aussi à son chien, Didi.
Ses parents adoptif: Tom et Marie Roy; son épouse, Doris en 2010; un fils, bébé Norman; quatre soeurs: Alma, Alice, Lorette et Rita, ainsi que deux frères: Delphis et Cleophas, l’ont précédé dans la tombe.
À la demande, il n’y aura aucune visite ou service funéraire.
L’inhumation se fera au cimetière Notre-Dame-du-Calvaire à Dieppe, N.-B.
En sa mémoire, un don à la SPA serait apprécié.
